This house, with sound insulation and energy-saving standards, will surely seduce you.
Perfectly adapted for a large family, or several couples, this lodging offers 4 double bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen-size beds of 160/200cm and 2 bedrooms with twin beds each of 90/200cm, which can, on request, be altered in a king-size bed of 180/200cm), 3 bathrooms and a large comfortable lounge, which provides a corner with cooking facilities, a big dining table and a sitting room corner with satellite television.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, micro-wave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, dinnerware and cooking utensils, largely allowing to cook for 8 persons.
A washing machine, iron and ironing table are also provided.
All three bathrooms are fitted out with a shower, washbasin, hair dryer and toilets.
At your arrival, beds will be made and towels laid out in every room. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.
In the price, it isn’t included the breakfast.
A small private garden adjacent to the lodging with garden furniture and a barbecue is at your disposal. On the other side of the rental property, on the patio, you can use our natural swimming pool.
